This was not a coincidence...Tim helped us sell our house in less than a week. We even got multiple offers and received more than the asking price. Just unbelievable!! He gave us great advice, hired the best photographer and also incorporated the weather factor to see when it was best to go into the market. Everything was strategically planned and it all worked out perfectly. He is always very responsive, answered all of our questions.
