My husband and I bought our first home with the help of Tim Landy, who was recommended to us by a friend and coworker of my husband's. Tim went ABOVE and BEYOND for us every step of the way. He showed us a dozen or so houses, even taking time to do so on the weekends, or whenever was convenient for us. There were a few times that we had limited time to see a house before they would stop taking offers, so Tim would even drive out to meet us on short notice. We were working with Tim at the start of the pandemic, so he even thought to bring masks and gloves for us during the open houses before that became standard practice.

Kaillie was great too-- she kept us on track for all the paperwork and deadlines. I loved that she kept reminding us when it became urgent that we sign something, remit payment, secure insurance, do a rekey, etc.
Beyond helping us find a home, Tim and Kaillie also made arrangements for us to close on the house remotely (we were in Florida when we closed on a house in Austin) by sending someone out to us to get the contract notarized. They also helped arrange an inspector and gave us referrals for a contractor and an interior designer.

Alyssa Rome was the interior designer, by the way. She offers a walk-through special where you can ask for suggestions all throughout the house during a minimum hour-long session. I took notes, followed her advice, and our home looks completely transformed!
