Urvi Naik officially launched her real estate career over 12 years ago, but her passion for design and architecture goes back much further. Growing up in Mumbai, India, she was immersed in real estate from an early age—her father invested in properties both in India and internationally, and Urvi absorbed invaluable lessons through their conversations and his guidance.

In 2008, Urvi moved to the U.S. and attended Tufts University in Boston, earning a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. While she loved working as an O.T. and helping children, she craved more flexibility in her career. Her early exposure to real estate, combined with her own experiences investing in properties, ultimately led her to pursue real estate full-time.

Urvi earned her real estate license in 2012, and her commitment to excellence has resulted in an impressive 90% repeat and referral rate. Her strengths lie in building lasting relationships, guiding clients through every step of buying a home or investment property, and serving as a trusted advisor. Many of her clients have become close friends, and she finds deep fulfillment in helping people make sound investments and find their forever homes.

Specializing in relocation buyers, luxury real estate, and new developments in the Austin area, Urvi stays ahead of the curve by incorporating modern technology and AI into her marketing strategies. She chose to partner with Compass for its cutting-edge technology, ensuring her clients receive the best possible service and results.

Recognizing the importance of growth and collaboration, Urvi recently joined LFG Group, one of Austin’s leading real estate teams. Urvi’s hands-on experience in real estate investing, property management, and house flipping gives her clients a distinct advantage. This knowledge also paved the way for her to venture into new construction and development, leading her to collaborate with investor clients to form a home construction company.

Outside of real estate, Urvi enjoys quality time with her husband, Jay, their 9 year-old son, Kian, and their two beloved dogs, Sparky and Cookie. She loves hosting pool parties, golfing, and exploring Austin’s vibrant restaurant and brewery scene. Traveling is another passion, with new adventures always on the horizon.
