KALLIE MOULTON

Kallie Moulton is a partner and the Director of Operations at the Landy Frost Group in Austin, Texas. A graduate of Texas State University, Kallie earned her degree in Marketing in 2017 and began her career as the Director of Marketing for RE/MAX 1. She joined the Landy Frost Group in 2019, initially as an Executive Assistant, and quickly rose through the ranks to become Director of Operations. In 2024, Kallie’s exceptional leadership and dedication were recognized when she was named a partner in the company.

With over eight years of experience working in the real estate industry, Kallie is instrumental in managing the team and ensuring the success of its agents and clients. Her responsibilities span marketing, finances, transactions, training, business planning, recruiting, and team productivity. She excels at developing systems and processes to create efficiencies and drive growth for the team. Kallie also oversees nearly every aspect of the transaction process, managing hundreds of transactions annually. From contract to close, she ensures every detail is handled smoothly and deadlines are met.

Kallie's ability to balance multiple roles makes her an invaluable resource for both the team and its clients. Kallie is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals, whether by supporting her team members’ growth or guiding clients through the home-buying and selling process. Known for her problem-solving skills and proactive approach, Kallie consistently anticipates challenges and addresses them before they arise, ensuring seamless experiences for all.

Outside of work, Kallie enjoys spending time with her dog, taking long walks, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects with her partner. She’s also an avid reader and loves finding inspiration and relaxation through her hobbies.
