This includes being in the office for weekly team meetings, bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, bi-weekly sales meetings, and any scheduled team and brokerage trainings. Whenever possible, we encourage team members to work in the office, fostering collaboration, taking opportunities to shadow team leads on appointments, and engaging in opportunities to grow and learn alongside one another.


Hosting open houses and promoting team listings are key responsibilities, giving you opportunities to connect with potential clients and showcase our team’s properties. A consistent, professional presence on social media platforms is also critical for building your personal brand and engaging with your network. Effective time management is a must, utilizing time-blocking techniques to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity in a fast-paced industry.
